Credentials and Licensure

Services are provided by Dr. Michelle Dorsey-Philpot, BCDFM, DHM.

Dr. Dorsey-Philpot holds credentials in functional and holistic health and is licensed and board certified through the North American Board of Natural Health.

Her practice incorporates functional medicine principles, holistic health assessments, individualized wellness recommendations, lifestyle modifications, and integrative approaches to supporting overall health.

Scope of Practice

Services include individualized functional and holistic health consultations, wellness assessments, laboratory result reviews and functional interpretation, lifestyle recommendations, nutritional guidance, and personalized wellness support.

Laboratory testing may be recommended or ordered when authorized under applicable laws and professional qualifications.

Services are provided within applicable professional qualifications and legal scope-of-practice requirements. Medical concerns requiring services beyond the practitioner's authorized scope will be referred to an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Referrals

Concerns outside the practitioner's scope will be referred to appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.
